Own a fleet of sweet airplanes and helicopters and lease them out at or below cost to humanitarian NGOs. When they don't need them I'd be able to take a nice plane out for a spin. If they don't need them for a few months lease them out at market price to skydive operations and charters.

Probably a dozen porters, caravans, skyvans turbine DC3s and a few cheap UH1Ds. Maybe a few Bell 47s and UH12s for NGOs that only fly occasionally but need a helicopter around that is field reparable.

Some colleagues shit on me for doing those masses of short court hearings, its basically like prostitution someone called it. However in our judicial district they are clever enough to fill the day with those hearings which can give me 5-6 cases per day resulting in 10hours total at 58€/h.
