I own just over 2 BTC. If I sell them both I can make it to a new Chainlink milestone that I've been chasing after for 2 years. Feels risky but feels like the big balls move. Should I do it?

Always hold bitcoin. As time goes on, BTC is going to get harder to own and acquire. The fact that you already hold 2 Bitcoins puts you in a special league. Also, Link is about to get sued by the SEC after XRP, so I recommend buying after that dump. At-least, that's what I'm going to do.

If you were around last 2017 cycle you should remember Alts dump when BTC runs. Same this cycle from my experience.

Always seems like the end of the world for Alts but they always recover.

no they dont. most alts are erc20 token scams and have not revisited their 2017 ath. the only lock in crypto is bitcoin. there is no scenario where any alt moons and bitcoin does not.
