As someone who lived this, if you are an autistic loner like me and most people on this board, it is a huge meme. I sat on my desktop in one room shitposting on /smg/ and never used any of the other rooms in the house. I didn't furnish the place, open the windows, use the fireplace, barely used the kitchen, most of the rooms sat empty, the garage was empty except for my car, the front door accumulated cobwebs from lack of use, it was actually kind of depressing. You think it is your forever home and you'll be at your job forever and then COVID happens and you have to change cities. Now I'm paying mortgage/utilities/HOA on an empty townhome and rent/utilities for 1 br apartment at the same time while waiting for my old place to sell. I realized housing is a meme and I will never use any part of a house except where I use the computer and sleep. It doesn't matter what it looks like on the inside because I will never host parties anyway. Lel whenever my parents came over the biggest complaint was that there was nowhere to sit and no TV.

I have a few euro stocks I am very fond of, but I would like to research into other geographical areas as well.
I suspect there might be some cool opportunities in India, I think outsourcing of services will continue going strong after covid and we know the pajeets are one of the first choices for these things. Are there any exchange listed pajeet call center, it support companies that are trustworthy on their accounting and reporting?
