Take out a loan and then use leverage on an exchange. I think Kraken allows 5x leverage and BitMEX allows up to 100x I've heard.
Honestly as long as you play it safe enough to not get liquidated by a 20% retrace and you're pretty broke and desperate you have little to lose and lots to gain.
Best way to get cash without collateral is a signature loan from a credit union and credit checks from a credit card company. Capital One used to send me these checks that I could write for up to $15k, could even write one to myself for cash (I called and asked) and it was interest free for 12 months.
I'd only go all in on bitcoin though everything else is too risky imo.
