Honest Prediction Thread. Lets imagine the technology behind The Graph is real, how high is it gonna be in 5 years or so?

How high will it go based on being the indexing protocol that powers all of DLT, or how high will it go based on the fact we will have another retail bullrun at some point where all the retards pile in and buy "the Google of Blockchain"?
In relation to the first we will go $10-$20. In relation to the second it could be $50+.

It could be either, honestly, numbers are just numbers. Price predictions are stupid, though, there are so many unpredictable factors that feed into it that honestly, who knows.
All you can say with absolute confidence is that The Graph is a hugely important piece of base level infrastructure that is blockchain agnostic, and has a strong incentive to lock your tokens in the protocol. That means number will go up a lot. Trying to stick an exact figure on it is generally nonsense.

what's very real, and already being used by the biggest names in crypto.

And not only are the biggest names in crypto using the graph, they are DEPENDENT on it. As in they would not function properly without it.
Sites such as uniswap, maker, aave, all of them need the graph protocol to query blockchain data.

This is why the graph is the backbone of defi.
This is why the graph is called the google of blockchain, not so some neets can look up belle delphines butthole, but so devs can look up blockchain data and use the graphs global api to build and use dapps without making their own apis.

Defi is the future, web 3 is the future, and the graph protocol is the foundation upon which they are built, and will continue to be built.

We're looking at millions of dapps being built ontop of the graph protocol. It has no competition. And is the industry standard. It essentially has a monopoly, and all the big dogs have to pay a fee to use it or waste a massive amount of time and effort that would ultimately defeat the purpose.

The amount of revenue graph is going to be bringing in, annually, 5 years from now is going to be in the trillions.

Those staking 10k GRT are unironically set for fucking life.

best case scenario, and I dont find this too unrealistic, it will be similar to chainlink. so it goes up to $4, dumps down to $2 and then rises to $20 and then dumps to $11. With the kind of market cap they have and the way bitcoin is going up, they would be stupid not to hold their bags and get up to $20. Why would you settle for 10x when you could get 200x.

First of all the surge in token supply is 5 months away, and that's eternity in Crypto

Don't you think The Graph provides more significant tech services and use cases than Tron, Cardano, Tezos or EOS? Fkn absolutely by miles. This will put us at at least 2 Billion marketcap

Being strongly tied to ETH ecosystem, I suspect it will sit around 1/10 of ETH marketcap. 7 Billion

Pros
-working product
-incredibly sharp and hard working team
-it literally took decentralisation Dapps to another lever

Prediction is between $2.00 to $8.00 guaranteed in 3 months, so $1.00 is FUD

For new fags using Uniswap: Just learned this, call me a fag I dont care

If you get a fucking bullshit error on uniswap saying undefined this is how you fix this. Is especially frustrating when trying to exit a scam quick or a dying coin.

In the corner, click on the gear icon. Turn on expert mode. Increase slippage in increments of 1% until the transaction goes through. Incredibly fucking annoying
