I should add: there may be some issues that CB need to conside - disclosure statements for investors, reporting requirements, etc., so it may not be as simple as bau. The point is though, that they are already authorised to conduct the business, so could do so (subject to any extra formalities as described).

Ironically, if kraken are only registered as a bank and not a broker dealer too, they’d likely have more issues (too lazy to check their registration right now).

This is why you need clear exit strategies in any trade you make. My upside strategy is to sell about 10% at previous ATH to cover my entry cost, sell 10% at around $12-$14 to realize some comfy profits, 10% around $40 since that seems to be a pretty common point for TA to converge on, etc etc, holding some through to $2k if schizos are somehow correct.
