Quite simply your house should be a fortress.
Your house should have been chosen with security in mind, not just location in terms of "shitty ghetto area or good area" but what surrounds your house. Got an alleyway behind the back garden? bad idea. Factory on the other side of the fence? bad idea. Surrounded by woods? bad idea.
Nobody should be able to step foot on your properly (Preferably high walls, bushes and gates) and if they do step foot then they should be lit up, on CCTV, and you personally notified.
Nobody should be able to get into your reinforced door or windows without power tools which will take time and create noise. I will have dealt with them by then.
If they do get in they have some nasty surprises awaiting them, guns and most weapons aren't legal here so I'm not going disclose what I do have.

I have every advantage and they would be foolish to try break in, the bigger concern
