Can Biz actually pump and dump big coins? What's the point of fudding Link/XRP or w.e coin with massive volume if there is only like 80 people on this board? Does it even have an effect?

On uniswap shitcoins it can. People fud link and xrp for fun, or because they are sour about something that happened to them, or because they genuinely believe they are shit coins.
