Fucking COPE. The new SEC head is most likely going to be of benefit to Ripple. The XRPL exist without Ripple anyways, so Ripple will end up likely paying a fine, and moving on. Due to the law suite its officially stopped all dumping including Ripple and Jed. This is just the market finally getting the bakes taken off and XRP finally getting priced at what the market believes is its true value. Not some sort of fucking exit pump.
