I'm sorry, but did Ripple already lose the SEC lawsuit? Oh, that's right. The lawsuit isn't even over yet. In fact, it hasn't even had its first court hearing yet. Does XRP not being declared a currency before the first court hearing count as a loss? Is that what you're saying? Because if you're saying that I can assure you that you're wrong. Why would you make this topic when the lawsuit is still being deliberated? Ripple are still litigating right now and they've had the best legal counsel in the crypto space for how many years now? They're defending against one of the worst organizations in the US Government who just happen to have an advantage because they're feeding off the energy of exchanges delisting XRP. Ripple is one of the best fucking companies in the world, they did 500 million dollars in sales last year and would have gone to $589 per XRP if Jed didn't dump.
