i feel like the key here is "a few bucks". i have a $50k account and i only threw around $2k at companies like GME, OPTI, and BCRX. honestly the best thing so far (hope this helps other anons) is to check these financials on these cheap stocks first. the whole "GME is priced for bankruptcy but they've got plenty of money on hand and console sales for the next couple of years" is a great example of this. OPTI getting the $2b deal is a great example of this, you know they aren't going bankrupt any time soon. you pair that up with catalysts and hype and you usually have a pretty solid thing on your hands as long as you get in before the catalysts and sell some if not all after the pump (basically classic buy the rumor, sell the news).

still: position sizing is everything. yeah it would be nice to put my whole $50k into one of these memes and double it or even 10x it or some crazy shit, but i could also lose everything and be completely fucked. it's not worth it when i can still make thousands of dollars for relatively low risk buying stocks cheap and literally just fucking waiting a while.

Sports betting is going absolutely insane. IGT was doing CRM for casinos for decades and has pivoted extremely well into online gambling and sports betting. Stock is super low because of Euro FUD but they do global sports betting. They took on a ton of debt during Corona to expand, about 750 million in 6.5% bonds, and have signed a ton of contracts and sold low performing businesses for much more cash then that. They are extremely liquid and growing and Q4 will be a homerun for them. Operating cashflow will be much higher than pre-covid come Q4 earnings. They've signed multiple deals with online betting platforms like fan fuel, boyd gaming, new york state, ect.
My price target for this is $30 Q1 2021
The rest of the industry has gone insane and this company provides the backbone to the industry and has not yet pumped
It's on robinhood and has an options chain
I will be buying LEAPS for this, I suggest you do the same
