Sell your In the Money calls if you want to keep the highest potential.
Sell your out of the Money calls if you want to take advantage of short term pumps.
Or sell both sides if you want the most profit and then rebuy if it dips.
Selling At the Money is probably the worst option.

In the money calls will have a delta of near 1, so they will move basically 1 for 1 with the stock, meaning their potential gain is greatly reduced compared to out of the money options.
Id also consider selling your WAY out of the money yolo calls, they have the opposite problem where they could be worthless tomorrow if it drops, or even doesn't rise enough (because of the insane decay). For example, that $30 strike may drop 10-20% tomorrow if GME goes sideways.
