Multiple G20 countries have already ruled or put into place regulations that, simply put, confirms XRP is NOT a security & that it is a currency. Here are the two possible outcomes of this lawsuit:

1. SEC declares XRP is a security. The US is now banned from purchasing XRP as a currency and now treats XRP as a security. The US immediately locks itself out of the ability to trade a currency that is recognized by every other country. Ripple Labs leaves the US and continues to innovate in another country that's more accepting of ripple (most likely somewhere in SEA). XRP takes another short term hit to it's value and then immediately begins to moon long term. The US's economy further degrades because it shot itself in the foot.
Alt Scenario A: XRP coins are immediately converted to shares of XRP. XRP can be purchased on the stock market (more available to boomers and other normies). XRP shares begin to moon because now normies and boomers can purchase "stocks' which they understand.
B. The SEC rules XRP to not be a security. XRP moons short term and continues to moon long term. XRP continues its mission...

Either way you look at it, no matter what the outcome of this lawsuit is, the XRP schizos win..
