But some of the ones I see return a lot, I will answer really quickly.

1. US citizens can not participate for now. SBF is working on exploiting some loophole so keepn an eye out. Dont go mess with VPN for this Pre IPO because you need to identify yourself.
2. If Coinbase does not IPO for whatever reason these contracts will be cash settled at 32 USD.
3. Valuation is based on a 25Million share emission. So marketcap/25000000
4. Yes it is overpriced already, but we expect more upside towards IPO day.

Look at all the IPOs in 2019 and 2020, almost all of them traded well above their range.
