That's because people are accumulating. I guess you don't know about the geyser program where they distributing some allocated DEV to stakers?

They are lining up the big news with the end of the geyser program, to make sure price goes up, instead of down, when the staking program ends.

If I were you, I'd hold for 40 days (and put it in the geyser for free dev while you're waiting). With the current marketcap and company backing, even $10 is too low.
