I've come to terms with the fact that I am not above material wealth. On the contrary, I believe it is necessary for one to influence their environment, especially in a world where material abundance is king.

The long road is the hard road. Anyone can pick up a gun and start shooting; it is a waste of life, short sighted, and detrimental to those who share your beliefs. The long road is embedding yourself in the system, sympathizing with the cause, and lending support from within the belly of the beast.
