Chrismas is a stupid celebration. how the fuck celebrates in the middle of year and winter? Even it is not the beginning of the year.

We, Persians, have Nowrouz and it coincides with the start of spring, new season and new year and you can feel it and celebrate with the nature.
Also the exact time of new year change shift about 8 hours which makes it again more exciting.
Persian calendar and Norowz is one of the based calendars I've seen.

Had not noticed to this part of the story and although living in the US, never have had a real feeling of new year for Chrismas and always wanted this celebration be in March which winter finished and spring comes and birds start chirping. But again it might be just me and for others is not like that.
