If there is one thing i learned in cryptocurrencies, is that almost all, if not all crypto that is there just for the sake as being used as a currency, are shitcoins exist merely just to be used as a speculative asset and that project like Etherium, Chainlink AND now the Graph are vital and true valuable investments because they are becoming vital components of the broader cryptocurrency infrastructure. Cryptocurrency is fairly new, thus the infrastructure that is needed to fully utilize all aspects of it, is the place to be to truly make it with actual substance and not just gambling.

Because why not. The cheaper you sell the stuff the more diverse / higher the number of holders is. Having only very very few who can afford it, hold the majority of the tokens, is bad. As such they wanted to give small timers a chance. Obviously it ends up not going that way because many simply sold at 0.10cents because they are of the type that don't analyze projects for the merits but simply are in for a very quick buck. Some decided to make a 10x, some 20x and so on and so on. Most of the guys who were in the ICO already sold. Of course there is still funds locked away, but over time they will realize how big this is and not dump like crazy. People will hold a bunch, for good. I spent a lot of time going through all potential contra arguments against GRT, but from where i stand, out of all projects from the last few months that were newly listed, GRT is the one that has the most potential to become a fucking Top 5 mainstream listing.
