Dollar cost average it if you still think a huge dip is only coming way later.
Pick an hour of the day/week that you should buy a lil during that hour. Until the big crash comes, drops 20% or more in a day or 10% in 12 hours, and just wait it out.

the prices we're at right now are still within range even if we go up to $28k with only a 15% dip and it gets more likely the higher we go in a short timeframe
