How the fuck do you withdraw crypto without paying taxes? I have a considerable amount of eth and been trying to take some out. I talked to a lawyer that specelizes in that shit and he would not help me try to bend the laws a little, not even explain the laws of off shore accounts to me. Not to mention that his price was $50k..

I am sick of every cunt trying to take money from me for a risk i have taken. How the fuck do i withdraw without giving out half of it?

Ive asked the lawyer it doesnt work like that. I need to pay taxes to the country i lived in when the gains were made. Even if i leave to another country live there for a year and try to withdraw, once they go over the specifics they will see that my gains were made while living in another country. Will they report that? Im not sure, my lawyer's a cunt

U pay tax in the country u are in when the gains were REALISED (ie. Sold for fiat). The catch is you need to to cut all ties to you're home country and become a ta resident of the new country first. Assuming ur a bong, u have to move to Portugal, become a tax resident there, inform HMRC you are no longer a tax resident of UK and then cash out in euros into ur Portuguese bank account. U dont necessarily need to live in portugal but u cant the live in uk.

I’m guessing you’re US citizen. You’re paying taxes. It’s what it is. Go find a CPA who will laugh when you ask them if it stands for ‘can’t prove anything’. But you’re taking a gamble. America taxes citizens even if they don’t live in the US. You can renounce citizenship but they’re going to look into your financial situation before they say you’re good to go. If you skip out on taxes you run the risk of a financially desperate superpower coming down on you hard for tax evasion.

I would just pay.

Go passport shopping for a country that has no income tax then renounce US citizenship and withdraw.

You can literally buy citizenship for 50k and up.

This, the USA is the worst citizenship to own for rich people. You have to renounce it before you can hold onto any amount of wealth. Do not worry about getting back into the USA, rich people can make this happen no problem.

I'll throw you some breadcrumbs.
You simply trade your coins for property in countries where the currency has gone to shit.
Obviously Venezuela is out of the question.
However Argentina and Turkey is going down the shitter giving the opportunity to trade your BTC in private for lots of property.
Afterwards the recovery you simply sell that property in euros or usd and put it back in your account backed by property ownership statements.
Be big brains or perish faggot
