Yes, it's a 24 hour gym, but I'm also trying to keep my sleep regular... which has also been failing because work has been so shitty the last few weeks. Another problem is that the gym is a 15 minute drive away, and I can't have a home gym inside my apartment (old building, second floor, not gonna fuck around with large weights).
