I've been taking cold showers and also been practicing NoFap seriously for around 2 years, I also exercise 3 times a week and sometimes I do pray to Lord Jesus and I try to be greatful for everything. Eating clean, meditation and reading (besides 4chan threads) are some things that I'm not doing right now... I do eat lots of sugar, fried food, pastas, pizzas and meats.
