Good question. I'd say it isn't because while it is an imaginary creation it is still rooted in real world tangible things. Here is an example
>your debt at the local bar
is a spook
>the local bar owner who will smash your head in if you don't pay
is not a spook
>you not being able to pay off the banl because you had to pay off the bar owner
is not a spook
>your credit rating is therefore low
is a spook, but kind of grounded in reality

It's not an easy question anon, but I salute your effort at making high quality threads on /biz/ amd asking the questions that must be asked.
