what sleep pattern is the best for crypto trading?
what do you think about doing 3x 2 hour naps a day?

I found there's 2-3 hrs lag between us based crypto markets and cuntland. When you guys start panicking about a selloff I have at least 2 hours to sell my crypto at max, then when you guys start gloating about an epic new pump, I have 2 hours to buy the low before the cuntland market (btc markets) starts pumping.
