There's nothing to buy low right now, besides maybe precious metals. Everything is priced high.

I'm trying to wait for the signs that the eviction moratorium ending is having an effect on real estate. It's having an impact on commercial property and residential property doesn't stay uncorrelated from commercial for too long.

I hate that the loose credit environment has priced out responsible savers and we have to wait for the paycheck to paycheck nogs to GTFO of property they can't afford.

This litarelly will not affect housing prices, only rent price will drop.

Why be so extreme and do 100% one or the other? You should have a clear goal and exit plan. An exit plan could involve selling a % at X price. Personally, I'd sell some and let the rest ride this pump

You think mom and pop landlords will want to put up with lower rent after the government has screwed them once again by protecting squatters?

You can't think of immediate 1:1 impacts of policies or economic shifts if you want to spot something early. Average people don't think through all the nuance. You sound average

Not ATHJF (ANP on the ASX). Trading at an 84% discount according to Wilsons Advisory.

I bought at the last peak when it was ~19K. I don't think it will stay at 20K so why NOT sell and gain inteste in index for next 5 yrs when btc is low again?

You don't understand, there are so many people with money, investment groups, banks, the government and even businesses like Trulia that are snatching up homes as they hit the market at any price that prices will NOT go down. We will see home ownership fall but not home prices.

>> No.24864231

>>24863450
whos going to buy all those homes? lmao people will find a way to live without a house (shiping container houses, van living etc.) while those landlords buying skyhigh house prices pay property tax on their investments with no income?
