I think he does. There is an anon that tries to appear pretty neutral towards Peter Schiff, but in reality subscribes to his ideas 1 to 1. You can argue with him pretty reasonably actually, but if you call Peter Schiff dumb or stupid he'll get mad. I think that's him.
