2) 21.5% - reserved for computing resource providers' reward. (train and run AI, which will call open resource.
3) 11.0% - marketing
4) 10.5% - reserved for AI/Tech partners.
5) 7.5% - Dev team, Common Computer Inc. (blockchain software company)
6) 7.5% - Dev team, Lablup Inc. (AI cloud company)
