Do you understand how fucking difficult those features are to implement?

If after 3 years ETH only has ERC20 and multisig, think how long it will be to get raiden, PoS, and sharding. Casper will probably be the easiest but the politics will be the most difficult. Second layers will be difficult because they have to avoid all turing-related security vectors. Sharding is basically science fiction.
