I made on bitmex arounud 30btc back in '18 and lost more than 40btc

Literally same dood. But hey at least you learned some valuable lessons. Whether you like it or not having made and subsequently lost that much money has made you a better and more experienced trader. And always remember that loss is restricted to your initial investment but potential gains are infinite.
