You have to either:
A) have an actual idea and working prototype (ie have an actual product that is useful)
B) have a nice website, a white paper that is just an idea and may not be feasible. If American this is super dangerous as the SEC is coming knocking before too long.

WAVES/ETH are the current platforms that are good for custom tokens

There were people here posting fake ico wallets saying it was bancor or bat. They were also positng on twitter and one wallet got donated 100s of eth.

I dont advocate scamming but I think icos are a scam and I want it to stop so I wish you well.

I would see if you could do an ico on ETC just rip off one of the ETH icos and put it on ETC, like the etc diceroll website I think they just copied ETH. Or in general just find somewebsite they are doing with ETH and put it on ETC
