First of all, no pajeet shitcoins. only available on uniswap? don't post it. ERC20 on ethereum? please don't post it. Here we discuss the real well established projects that will potentially give higher returns than just holding Bitcoin. I'll go first

1# XLM - Lots of stable coins are being build on stellar tech. A digital euro is coming from the oldest bank in germany, a few south american stable coins are already running on it. it has smart contracts and speed. 50pct of supply was burned after community vote, no escrow release, no constant inflation like XRP. available everywhere. Established marketcap and established products. second most transactions/24h of any popular blockchain. More than ETH. more than XRP more than BTC.

2# ADA - well established and listed everywhere. I don't think I have to explain ADA its basically gonna snoop off ETHs marketcap as people cant wait for 2 more years for eth2.0

3# TRX - it unironically has more activity than ETH, most transactions of any blockchain project currently per 24h/ the tron explorer looks amazing. judging objectively this is a great potential especially at current prices.

Saw someone else mention PlasmaPay. They appearently are in over 160 countries, 100,000 users, and have been around for a few years. They just launched plasma.fiance. Took a look and they have been coming out with partnerships like crazy. Just partnered with DIA yesterday I believe. Looks promising IMO in regards to on ramping the masses into defi with a direct fiat to defi ramp.

Now I personally think that XLM and XRP are targeting two different markets and I don't really see the competition. Although I agree with some of your statements I think XRP is more likely to really 'moon' in the next 6 months with regulations coming, and having XLM follow its lead until it finds its own footing.
