No the cloud is at 13k, soon to be 14k. So 13k is the most bearish possibility at the moment. If you think for one second people are going to let btc stay at 13k longer than a week then you should leave this board. It would be gobbled back up to 16k minimum in no time. There's no insane event on the horizon that is fud for bitcoin. The only thing getting in its way are fucking whales manipulating the market. Hopefully this will break 20k resistance but I doubt it. The greed is just too tempting for whales to feed off shrimp. I see a large correction back to 16k before the moon mission to break past 20k. From there 15k would be your new bearish scenario assuming 20k held for a week.
