Think of those little Nintendo figurines that use NFC tags inside them, where you scan a Mario figurine to get stuff in a Mario game... I don't see how this isn't a more scarce version of that. The Nintendo NFC files can be pirated, this couldn't. An existing company could use it for their popular IP to great success in milking consoomerists, but if it's marketed at kids at all like Pokemon cards, governments would get pissed at them so they probably wouldn't do it.

If you saw a major company use NFT you might want to get in on their tulip market early.
