I use DEXs for degen plays and yield farming, but for BTC trades and buying most altcoins CEX are still the go to.
Tons of exits skems, and FEDS raiding them, they usually have a shitty user experience.

What should new exchanges look like?

Most of the exchanges have shitfull customer service, some of them are so dumb and they keep you on live chat until you piss your pants and then they say get the tech team to check.

I'm with you on the support staff anon. I've had to make decisions this year on exchanges.
I still do certain trades on other exchanges because i hold some weird alts, but BTC and ETH are all on Andy Cheungs exchange now. ACDX are rolling out some really good new derivatives products i cant get anywhere else
