I wear a mask at my job for 40hrs a week (at least). I just got told I have to work tomorrow to help “support”, all because this stupid cunt requested engineering support. I also have to work my side job on Sunday.
Seriously considering suicide or some sort of self inflicted disability. I’ve only been out of school for 2 years and I can’t fathom working for another 5, let alone 40. Wfh chads, please be thankful for your lives. I’ve applied to literally hundreds of jobs with almost no response. Time is running out.

Degree is in Mechanical engineering. Fucking stuck in manufacturing for 2 years now, so all design jobs are pretty much no longer an option. Trying to get sales positions or abandon engineering entirely. I’ve considered getting certs or learning programming, I just don’t wanna jump ship until I have a good plan. The demographic of my coworkers is basically the people you see chain smoking in front of slot machines at a casino. It’s hell.

Thanks. Trying to put more into crypto (I’ve made gains but nothing huge), but also trying to keep some savings because I’m most likely going to freak the fuck out one day and quit. I need more income so my gains aren’t so small. The times I’ve taken risks I got fucked (NUGS, YUI) so I’m just gonna try to stick to BTC & ETH to avoid exacerbating my suicidal thoughts.
