It's an interesting document. Very heavy with smart contract jargon and a lot of assumed knowledge, it's not a primer for boomer CEOs to understand.
Seems much more orientated towards CTOs who are already well aware of Chainlink, who now have a supporting document to say "Look, these are the standards for the emerging global smart contract infrastructure, as endorsed by the WEF".
Also there's some interesting hedging language that doesn't go all-in on public chains, which gives me the sense that currently, behind the scenes, businesses are still very wary about the concept of public chains. That will change, of course, it's the old intranet/internet argument all over again.
