Volume on renvm has been dead for the last couple of months, then again it grew exponentially months prior. Also BTC went on a crazy run so it's not surprising few people wanted to mint renbtc. Volume should pick up again as BTC levels out.

The last epoch each DN earned .017 BTC, this epoch it'll probably be .014. Assuming DN's earn roughly the same amount when BTC hits 200k averaging .015 per epoch, that's 3K/month.

Keep in mind DN's are much easier to set up then Link nodes. 150 million has already been locked up, 15% of total supply. So this will add upwards momentum to the price as it becomes scarcer. Also as more regulations come it'll be harder to buy other crypto blockchain projects on CEX's that aren't allowed for US buyers, so this will further add volume to RENVM.
