I have about $3000 cash not invested anywhere.

Normally I would just dump this shit in index funds or compound on some of my individual stocks.

But I wondered what would /biz/ do if they had $3000 just laying around?

depends on your risk outlook. I'd either put money into ATNM for the ad-hoc announcement later this month for a short term pump, park it in something like BEP that will steadily gain for years while paying divs, or wait for BTC to bring the crypto market into freefall later this month (stay tuned for that) and buy the dip.
