Cardano is just whitepaper; it hasn't developed anything new since 2018.
Charles already said in one of his livestreams that IOHK (company behind ADA's development) is out of money, and how they're "operating out of their pocket".
Goguen is pretty much their last hope and it still need years to come, plus it doesn't offer anything new; several projects (AVAX included) already have Goguen traits (and even more).
Hodling Cardano is pretty much flogging a dead horse.
