I can also tell you this. You can use ANY Trusted Execution Environment, not just Intel SGX.
iExec RLC is blockchain agnostic, which means it can be implemented on ANY blockchain.

But I still urge you to DYOR, since I could be just a pajeet trying to scam you into my project using fancy words!
