Monero needs significantly less fiat than Bitcoin to make it go X10.
Monero is also being used as a store of value and to make real world transactions. You could argue that it is the only coin actually being used to buy things. Ethereum doesn't count. I think this is the reality for a lot of people right now who are coming to terms with the fact that privacy will forever be shit with transparent chains. But it demonstrates a usecase and therefore a demand for Monero, so I would argue that if you recognize there is demand for privacy then you should hold Monero.

The GUI is buggy. I kept having to manually go into files and do shit in 2017 to keep it working. I’m not smart enough for monero. I wish there was a safe way to store it long term but there is just cake wallet iOS app and web wallet. Both not good enough for longterm keep. I wish it wasn’t like this I know xmr is the greatest.
