On Uniswap, you can only trade ERCs and wrapped assets. It already got pushed to its utmost limit over the summer (swap failures/absurdly high fees) and that traffic was just a small sampling of what's to come. ETH's blockchain is not a good platform for hosting a DEX. Even with the performance enhancements ETH 2.0 will bring in mind, they will not be available for another 2-3 years. Even then, L1-ETH based DEXs will still be stuck with ERC tokens and wrapped assets.
Stakenet DEX is the only platform where pairs like BTC/USDT, BTC/ETH, BTC/LINK are feasible and with real assets, instant swaps, and consistently-low fees.

No other project is capable of lightning swaps, they aren't even close. Stakenet is extremely far a head. (2 years ahead fyi). Eth swaps is expected to be tested by the closed beta group in the coming weeks.

We know anon, during stage 3 of the dex (HYDRA), the entire dex will be hosted on the masternode layer FULLY. Meaning unless you shutdown all 2700+ nodes (currently) you can't shut it down.

Unless Uniswap decides to reinvent the wheel and spend 2 years of their time building what the Stakenet devs already built on the BTC/LN end. Seeing how all of Uniswap's clones are ERC tokens that also deal solely with Ethereum-based assets, what is the point of their existence? I don't think any of them could hold a candle to Uniswap itself, just like all the "ETH killer" dApp platforms never held a candle to ETH back in 2017.
Uniswap will survive as the flagship DEX of the Ethereum blockchain. It is, in many ways, an excellent model for a DEX as it is. When it's Cloudflare hosting went down, it had multiple backups and alternatives. It is the perfect testing environment for any future upgrades ETH may have in store for ETH 2.0 and ETH-centric Layer 2 solutions that are entirely run from ETH's blockchain.
Stakenet DEX is the most serious competition it has because it brings Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Lightning Network - itself something that a lot of maxis and OG BTC whales are banking on - into the foray.
