I’m thinking my best startegy is to wage, learn python while waging, use 2 years of w2’s for FHA loan. Buy shitty duplex, rent 1/2 of it...

Use the brrr method, accumulate LINK, play with options.....

Any “online business” / affiliate marketing schemes legit??

I see the word LINK everyday. Sometimes I see the chainlink logo in the urnials of my gym, I know people with the last name LINK.....

Literally just accumulate investments while being as much of a minimalist as possible.
You're a fucking zoomer, you have so much fucking time to realize the opportunities in front of you.
If I were you, I'd maximize my 20's so I could easily make it in my 30's.
To that end, ignore women. Guys in their 30's are more attractive anyway if they take care of themselves.

I’m definitely DCA-ing LINK as I continue forward.

My ultimate plan is to get a mortgage on a duplex, and rent half of it, for more than the cost of the mortgage.

I’ll also be forming an LLC so I can write off depreciation on the building, and get that sweet rental income.

Definitely get your hands on BTC and ETH.
I guarantee you that when BTC breaks 20k (and it will) it's going to enter price discovery and fucking skyrocket as people FOMO in. After BTC finishes mooning, ETH will follow.
