Find a subject that has demend yet lack offer (they still exists), make videos about it (10 min at least), your videos can be anything as long as they are not boring, youtube will give you stats to help you realise what is boring and what isn't.

You'll need to relentlessly shill your channel everywhere until you have at least 150 subscribers, then you can just make videos and let the algorithm work for you.
