no one is actually posting proof on an argument on why Q3 will be bad
I've been arguing otherwise and no one wants to discuss on why im wrong..

so far it just sounds like GME anons are trying to reverse jinx it and are still traumatized by Q2, but like this doesn't help at all for figuring out risk-reward. Everyone else is basically just coinflipping it instead of doing actual DD
Here is the actual data for August, September, and October

The only reason GME would be fucked is if supply was still bottlenecked hard just like Q2, but it's harder to figure out that data

All in AQB, its the way of the future

Key Highlights
Commenced harvesting of conventional Atlantic salmon in June at the
Company's Indiana farm, validating its land-based Recirculating
Aquaculture System as an efficient and sustainable way to raise Atlantic
salmon.
Growth and feed conversion ratio targets for the Company's AquAdvantage
salmon (AAS) are tracking as expected, validating the economics and
preparing the company for the imminent first-ever harvest of AAS.

Identified Mayfield in Graves County, Kentucky as the leading site
location for its planned large-scale farm designed for the Company's
proprietary AquAdvantage salmon after an exhaustive nationwide search
spanning approximately 230 sites.

Raised gross proceeds of $31.6 million through an underwritten public
offering of 12.65 million shares of common stock at a price of $2.50 per
share.
"In the second quarter, we successfully started harvesting conventional salmon with the intention of refining the processes, operating procedures and partner relationships required for the first harvest of AAS. The foundational work with these first conventional harvests was crucial as it has allowed us to implement the necessary logistical and operational processes for a successful and de-risked first harvest of AAS, including refinements of quality and productivity operational parameters.

"Given this positive momentum in our business, we are also aggressively moving forward with the planning for our first large-scale farm, which is anticipated to have the capacity to produce 10,000 metric tons of AquAdvantage salmon annually.
"Given our strong balance sheet, the impending first-ever commercial harvest of AAS and the planned construction of our next farm, AquaBounty is in a better position than ever to drive long-term value for our shareholders and become a major domestic supplier of fresh, sustainable salmon," concluded Wulf.

I don't understand this shit. For months they kept going back and forth, but overall no stimulus. Now everyone seems to want a stimulus that is only a small useless amount. I swear everytime I invest in bank stocks I get fucked. First I was long then it crashed because no stimulus. Now I'm short and it will boom because of a smaller stimulus. It isn't fair. Depends on the timing. People post their 100% returns and shill certain companies that way, then somebody gets in late and gets burned when it goes down. And all the companies that were shilled before and went down are forgotten and never mentioned again until they have a good run months or years down the line.
I mean you can get alpha by picking stocks sure, but everyone acts as if you could get 200% returns every month ez just by picking stocks.

Scales are not perfect and you want your weights to be as close to the billed size as possible. Higher quality materials and better measuring tools will reduce variance. I'd rather pay a little extra for a 50lb weight with 2% variance than a 50lb weight with 5% variance. This doesn't even factor in the cost of shipping a 50lb weight from Ohio to US as opposed to Beijing to US.

Current reactors need fuel. The supply has collapsed in the decade since Fukushima which was one hell of a bear market. These reactors cannot accept substitutes. And its been like this for years. The only reason Uranium hadn't shot up pre-covid was because countries could buy Japan's stockpiles, but those are finite.
Playing uranium right now has ZERO to do with whatever the future of nuclear is in country X, only a very simple argument that the current existing fleets of the world do not have enough. And the economics of reactors are such that once you turn them on, they get MORE cost efficient over time.
The last uranium supply shock around shortly before the GFC created 200 baggers, LITERALLY.
There are only a handful of lean producers right now as a result of the bear market. Like you can almost count the only ones of note on your hands in the WORLD. That is just the producers, forget about junior miners.

Depends on risk tolerance. CCJ, 0ZQ, BHP, and RIO. Of those, 0ZQ has perhaps political risk from being located in Kazakhstan. BHP and RIO also double as Iron ore miners.
The only issue is when. Uranium market cycles are years long with sudden abrupt movements and blow off tops. Until they reach that point, they track energy stocks for the most part which means they also track the markets. Substantial dips in the market will cause dips in it as well. That is the only timing problem to worry about.
As long as strong NIMBY exists about uranium despite it also being the backbone of any transition to fossil fuels, it is difficult to see this thesis break down.

I don't know much about the supply side of thorium - as I understand it it's more of a byproduct when mining than mined itself. From what I know (someone correct me if I'm wrong) it's a lot less likely to see an increase in demand; we're not going to see liquid fluoride thorium reactors anytime soon, as we want to use uranium and get plutonium so that we can build nukes. For these reasons, I'm out

That isn't the problem. 233Pa is actually very dangerous to work with and is the intermediate step to the actual nuclear fuel product of thorium reactors 233U. You basically produce a lot of it, then filter out the 233 when the 233Pa decays. The filter process is also very complicated. The problem is it has a half life of weeks and is incredibly dangerous in the event of a leak or maintenance.
Thorium reactors, like most fusion reactor designs, are not limited by the science but by engineering limits of current technology.

At the same time, at least 100 older and smaller reactors will "most probably be closed over the next 10–15 years".[3] Pakistan plans on constructing three to four nuclear power plants by 2030.[7]

They beat mutual funds and hedge funds most of the time with a fraction of the expense and effort. That isn't to say you can't beat indexes but most of the general population (99%+) really are going to get better returns with an index over literally everything else. Because they lack planning, discipline, adaptability, etc.
And most of the tourists in this general are exactly those people. Perhaps even moreso since its usually cryptofags and they get a false sense of confidence from trading in literal ponzi schemes.
