Opus Magnum is a ton of fun and is easily accessible. Pic related. Basically you have to build a solution to match the output. Effectiveness is recorded through Cost/Cycles/Area/Sum.
Infinifactory if you like conveyors and industrial factory sounds.
SpaceChem is similar to Opus Magnum.
There are also some games that use actual programming syntax and even provide a visual output so people can create minigames with their own code in the game. Pretty impressive stuff and a real challenge to the mind. Levels get progressively harder in all games.
