Actually Culture is THE MOST important thing relevant to society. A sense of belonging, a connection to your history, to your people, and a strong connection to your community, especially local community, is most important.

All of the things you list is irrelevant when it comes to the wide berth that "culture" represents. Culture is a result of all of the fundamental human needs being met. Therefore, all material progressions are just that, illusions of progress.
