I've been a long-term holder of Reserve, but have recently started selling off shares of my (quite large) RSR bag. Here's why:

Hiring: It seems only two new developers have been hired in 6 months, while two (or three) have left in the same time. The essential positions in research, marketing and leadership are still not filled.

Location: The startup is located in Venezuela and only hiring there, which understandably significantly narrows the range of top talent available to Hispanics.
Website: A new website was promised shortly after the reserve rights crowdsale in 2019, but still hasn't been released. I consider this a major red flag for a project with 100 million at its disposal, it's not like any complicated web-app is developed here, only a redesign of a website should never take this long.

Marketing: Two months ago, it was promised, that a "top-tier" US-based PR company is nearly hired. No progress, announcements or anything here, one month before product release. RSR is slipping out of the top 50 coins on coinmarketcap as we speak, because nobody knows about its goals and potential progress.

Community: Although the community is still active on the slack, the more invested members and those actively contributing value have mostly left because the reserve dev team mostly acknowledges improvement suggestions but never acts on them. There is almost no effort of building a dedicated community.

Team Communication: The team is periodically active on slack, but not comparable with other projects. RSV slack was until recently bombarded with scam attempts, then the invitations where disabled without any announcement or comment on this from the dev team. Another red flag.

As far as hiring goes, it's likely difficult right now with covid, theoretically, they could hire remote workers but remote programmers are known for overpromising and under-delivering, startups know this

1. Startup is in Silicon Valley not Venezuela.
2. Website is already modern as it is and doesnt redesign.
3. Nothing was promised about hiring a PR company. In fact they admitted in an AMA that they are turning down interviews and keeping a low profile on purpose.

I sold as well for the time being for some of those reason. MostlytThe fully diluted marcap is at a pretty high position already for the current status of the project. Overvalued atm. Better investing in high yield projects until the desperate shilling and market hopium calms down. 6 - 12 month probably.

Nevin Freeman is in well over his head, never thought that the project would blow up and has no concrete plans for how to take advantage of the recent hype. Hopefully Peter Thiel's investment in this garbage wasn't more than a few hundred thousand dollars which he won't miss.

Why would you want to put money into centralized money? With the potential crash of the dollar after printing all those neet bucks, buying Libra would be a big mistake. RSV is something that isn't just tied to one type of currency but rather it's tied to 3 to help maintain the price of the stable coin. Thus I believe RSV/RSR is a much better purchase and plus crypto holders are very much into decentralized money so I doubt they'd want to buy into Libra.
