You don't get it, keep3r is designed for situations where you can't rely on massive infrastructure oracles. Example, If I go and take my house to auction and sale it for $200k, what entity is there to mark the final sale price other than a guy who was at the auction? Hence you need a trusted human component for such data. Another instance, sites like Zillow can offer a general appraisal of real-estate but at the end of the day a human appraiser is going to give a more accurate figure. This is where keep3r comes in, you need humans being paid to do tasks that automated entities can't.
