It's DOT's little brother with 1/10th of it's marketcap. Whenever you wanna launcha project on DOT you have to do it on KSM first, if your product is somewhat creative and needs more governance you launch it on KSM aswell. It's like a badboy/wild west but also "precursor" space for DOT projects.
